Privacy Policy
Snappyflo is an independent game developer based in India, operated by Vivek Jayakumar. In this policy “we” means Snappyflo. This policy explains what information our games collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Contact: support@snappyflo.com.
1. What we collect
Our games have no accounts. We don't ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.
| Type | Examples | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Gameplay data | Scores, games played, clears and combos, settings, which features you use | Run the game, balance difficulty, improve features |
| Device and app data | Device model, operating system, language, country (from IP address), app version, a random install ID | Analytics, compatibility, fraud prevention |
| Crash and performance data | Crash logs, frame rate, error messages | Find and fix bugs |
| Advertising data | Advertising ID (Android advertising ID / Apple IDFA where you allow it), IP address, ad views and clicks | Show ads, measure them, limit how often you see them, and personalise them where you consent |
| Purchase data | Whether you have an active subscription and its status | Give you the ad-free benefit. Payments are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store; we never see your card details |
Most gameplay data (best score, skins, settings) is stored only on your device.
2. Who we share it with
We use these service providers. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:
| Provider | What for | Policy |
|---|---|---|
| Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config) | Usage analytics, crash reports, remote settings and tests | firebase.google.com/support/privacy |
| AppLovin (MAX) | Showing ads and choosing which advertising partner fills each ad | applovin.com/privacy |
| Advertising partners used through AppLovin MAX | Supplying ads | Listed in the game's privacy settings and on this page as we add them |
| Google Play / Apple App Store | Purchases and subscriptions | Google · Apple |
We don't sell your personal information for money. Some laws (for example in California) treat sharing data for personalised advertising as “selling” or “sharing”; you can opt out as described in section 4.
3. Advertising and consent
Our games are free and paid for by ads. If you're in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before using your data for personalised ads, using a consent form shown in the game. On iPhone we ask for permission before using your device's advertising identifier. If you say no, you'll still see ads, but they won't be personalised.
4. Your choices and rights
- Change ad consent: open the game's Settings → Privacy options.
- Reset or limit your advertising ID: in your phone's settings.
- Notifications: turn them off in the game or your phone's settings.
- Access, correction, deletion, objection: email us. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, or US state laws) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or move your data, withdraw consent, or object to processing. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Because there are no accounts, we may need the install ID shown in the game's Settings to find your data.
5. Legal bases (EEA/UK)
We rely on your consent for personalised ads; on our legitimate interests for analytics, crash reporting, fraud prevention and non-personalised ads; and on performing our contract with you for purchases.
6. How long we keep it
Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months, crash reports for up to 90 days, and data on your device until you uninstall the game or clear its data. Our providers keep data according to their own policies.
7. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. They use safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
8. Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we'll delete it.
9. Security
We use reputable providers and limit who can access data, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
10. Changes
We'll update this page when our practices change and change the effective date above. For significant changes we'll also tell you in the game.
