Terms of Use
These terms are between you and Snappyflo, an independent developer based in India, operated by Vivek Jayakumar. By downloading or playing our games you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the games.
1. Using the games
We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to play our games for non-commercial use on devices you own or control. Don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or use cheats, bots or exploits in our games, except where the law allows it.
2. Ads
The games are free and show ads. Ads are provided by third parties, and we're not responsible for advertisers' products or websites.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
- The optional ad-free subscription is sold through Google Play or the Apple App Store, at the price shown in the store before you buy.
- It renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel it in your store account settings; uninstalling the game does not cancel it.
- Refunds are handled by the store under its policies, except where the law gives you other rights.
- The subscription removes ads where it says so. Some promotional content for our own features may still appear.
4. Your content and progress
Progress is stored on your device. We're not responsible for progress lost when you uninstall the game, clear its data or change devices.
5. Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop a game or feature at any time. We'll try to give notice of major changes in the game.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The games are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don't give warranties and aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you live in a country whose consumer laws give you the right to bring claims in your local courts, you keep that right.
8. Apple users
If you downloaded the game from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple has no obligation to provide support for the game.
